at the end of the day if you break the law you get punished, "punished" means you lose your freedom for a certain amount of time, NOT raped, stabbed or extorted, the system is responsible for the prisoners well being. shorten the time, make schooling mandatory and keep inmates away from each other, give them TV's xbox or whatever allow them to smoke, even weed if legal in that state and feed them correctly. remember, we are ALL one bad decision away from trouble and do not deserve to be in the current prison environment! **also if you serve your time, you should not have to wear that like a badge the rest of your life (rapers & pedo's) excluded
l would like to see Hector in the menendez brother shoes. And lesson to me tell the story on how he should die in prison. And then again. This is just my opinion.

Yes the siphon can be a very powerful force if it's very tall (so the toilet is high above the lowest point in the siphon) but to break a neck or to prevent someone from being able to back out and breathe sounds a bit insane.
