I just want to highlight how the interviewers handled Chrisean with care. This is not always an easy skill. Kudos to you both for the way you carried & comforted Chrisean thru this interview. It takes someone special to know what to do 10/10 for sure.
To Chrisean: Sometimes GOD has to separate you for you to hear HIS voice. You going to jail had to happen so that GOD could speak to you & prepare you for what is next. This was GOD ordering your steps so that you could do what is in HIS will. I think it is beautiful that you are changing and living to fulfill your purpose. You have a testimony & a platform that will inspire and lead many to seek GOD. Serving GOD will always be cool & GOD looks good on you. Praying for you and with you.
Ps. I am a Preacher’s daughter, born & raised in the church. HALLELUJAH was a lot of kids 1st word bcuz church was all we knew so I definitely believe that it was Chrisean’s 1st word if she was raised in the church ❤🙌🏽

Its not that she doesnt understand the questions , its that she is being asked questions that bring her a tremendous amount of pain.obviously is going through active spiritual warfare. And I seen all these comments where people are talking so bad about how Chrisean is answering the questions asked of her, do these haters know how hard it is for her to go on stage and talk to people about thing that have hurt her and distorted her for almost her whole life. You can tell who skimmed through the video and listened just to respond. She answered their questions and articulated herself at HER pace. You can tell she speaks very genuinely and isn’t scripted or rehearsed. They’re asking her questions that are digging into her childhood trauma, relationship trauma, etc and she’s processing her thoughts and emotions openly on camera, while also not trying to say too much, like when she spoke about how she developed a desire to protect her father rather than throwing him under the bus. Like do yall actually listen?

I personally feels she’s been through so much and it adds to how sensitive she can become. Also, she might not fully understand certain questions especially when it’s verbiage that she’s not accustomed to. Which can become overwhelming as well.
She articulated herself ok to me. I think the biggest struggle for her was trying to be mindful of what she was saying. IMO because she’s trying to figure out how to say some things to protect others, she forgets the question. Questions about herself she answers easily.
