How does the porn industry exist in the USA if the Mann Act is a law that supposed to be uniformly enforced? If that's the law then why not get rid of that industry? Why prosecute Puff Daddy and not that entire industry which exists in plain sight? Is it because the Mann Act is not a legitimate law but rather a faux morality "law" that is only used when the US government can set it sights on a big rich fat Black male target? And charging Puff Daddy with RICO was absurd. He's not Al Capone or Lucky Luciano or Vito Genovese or Carlo Gambino or John Gotti. If Puff Daddy is guilty of anything he's guilty of being debauched, vulgar, leading a life of excess and gluttony. He's a bisexual cuckold who is into orgies and that's not illegal. He's no different than Hugh Hefner and Hefner's Playboy Mansion "parties" are no different than Diddy's freak off parties; or all the people who come from all over the country and all over the world to engage in public orgies that are held in American cities (e.g. Southern Decadence in New Orleans or the Folsom Street Fair and Dore Alley in San Francisco). But in the USA the government is not supposed to persecute or prosecute or throw people in jail/prison just because we find their alternative lifestyle gross and nasty or even distasteful.
